If you buy a product from us, we naturally need some information from you to process in our administration.

Michelgilberto.com processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:

First and last name
We like to address you by your first and last name. We do this on your invoice and on the address label for the delivery person, but of course also in contact with customer service.

Address and place of residence
We state your address and place of residence on your invoice and, if desired, also use this as the delivery address. The invoice details cannot be changed afterwards.

Telephone number
We only use your specified telephone number if we really need it. For example, when passing on that the order is ready in the store, or to inform you about your order or shipment.

Payment details and invoice
We use a secure payment environment from Mollie for all our payments.

Michelgilberto.com offers you various online payment methods with which you can pay for your online order. These methods are iDeal, iDealin3, Bancontact, Belfius and Klarna and all go through the Mollie payment environment. Depending on the chosen payment method, various checks are carried out that can lead to your payment being accepted or not. This automated decision-making can lead to pausing/not processing your order in the event of an unsuccessful payment.

We state the following information on your invoice: your first and last name, address and place of residence, invoice number and order number. This information cannot be changed afterwards.

IP address
We remember your IP address so that we can offer all our customers a safe and better shopping experience.

Email address
Your email address is our most important means of communication. You will receive confirmation of your account registration, order, shipment and invoice, return request and newsletter registration. In addition, customer service uses your email address to inform you.

In order to ensure that your package ends up at the correct address, we and our delivery partner PostNL and DPD need some information from you. What do we want to know from you?

First and last name
We like to address you with your first and last name on your invoice, but this information is also for the PostNL or DPD label for the delivery person, in addition to your invoice.

Address and place of residence
Of course, the PostNL / DPD delivery people need to know exactly where they need to be.

Telephone number
Is optional and you do not necessarily have to fill it in, but it is very useful if we need to contact you in the event of any ambiguities that arise during the delivery of your package.

E-mail address
We will send you the information to track the delivery of your order via e-mail address. In some cases, we will also send a separate e-mail in which you can schedule a delivery appointment.

Returns & Warranty
Ordered too many or the wrong products? No problem. You can return most purchases to us within fourteen days and you will simply get your money back. The only exception to this rule is products that are delivered sealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as scissors, clippers and hair pieces). If this seal is broken, the item can no longer be returned. Everything else can. Returning from Belgium is of course no problem either, this works the same as in the Netherlands.

If you return your product, we need some information to know which product or products you want to send. Customer service will start working on your return request and will provide you with optimal support.

Order number
We can use your order number to find out what you ordered from us and when.

E-mail address
We use the e-mail address to verify whether the order and the order number match. This way we know for sure that you are who you are and not someone else. Safety first.

Telephone number
When your return shipment has been received by us in good condition, we would like to inform you of this in good time. You will receive confirmation of this by telephone. If your telephone number is known to us,
