Orders received on working days before 17:00 PM will be delivered to PostNL the same day
Orders received on working days after 17:00 PM will be delivered to PostNL the next working day.

Orders received during the weekend will be delivered to PostNL on the next working day.
Orders received on public holidays will be delivered to PostNL on the next working day.

Delivery time:

PostNL aims to deliver your package within 1-2 working days.

For the products that we have in stock, we aim to ship your order within 1-2 working days. Of course, we try to ship the order as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed in order of receipt. If there is a different delivery time, this will be stated in the description of the product. However, we do not always succeed in meeting this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for whatever reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

All our packages are shipped with PostNL. Of course, they strive to deliver your package as soon as possible.
Please note: Make sure you state your real name with your order in case identification is requested upon delivery. Orders that are returned as a result will be charged again for resending.

It also happens that we do not have a product in stock. In most cases, the package will be sent in advance and the product that is not in stock will be delivered later.

It may also happen that we will delay the package for a few days in order to be able to send everything at once.

Do you want to receive the package urgently? Then you can mention this in the comments. The items in stock will then be sent immediately.

Orders that we send in multiple times will not affect the shipping costs.

**You can also pick up your order in Den Bosch, Eindhoven or Antwerpen by making an appointment with us (in that case, of course, no shipping costs will be charged).

Shipping costs Netherlands:

We do not charge shipping costs for the Netherlands.

Shipping costs Belgium:

We do not charge shipping costs for Belgium.

Shipping costs Germany and Denmark:

The shipping costs for Germany are: €6.75. These costs are regardless of the size of the shipment, even for large packages. Free for orders over €75.
